Product Description

Equipment Purpose: Remove impurities after fiber decomposition, effectively preparing and transferring fibers for the subsequent carding process.

Technical Features:
1. Equipped with high-strength quenched rollers for durable operation.
2. Special pin-type opening rollers protect fibers effectively and reduce short fiber content.
3. Adopts high-strength integral steel plate side plates to ensure high structural stability.
4. Built-in automatic braking and fire suppression system with smoke, temperature and flame detection. In case of fire hazards, the system automatically stops the running beater and sprays high-pressure ultra-fine dry powder inside the machine for rapid fire extinguishing.
5. Equipped with double rollers and special fiber opening card clothing, fitted with impurity separation blades for efficient fiber purification.
