Technical Features & Key Points:

  1. Adopt high‑strength rollers with quenching treatment.
  2. Pin‑type opening roller, avoids fiber damage and keeps low short‑fiber content.
  3. Integral high‑strength steel plate frame for high stability.
  4. Equipped with automatic brake and automatic fire suppression system. Detects hazards via smoke, temperature and flame sensors. In case of fire emergency, the running beater will brake automatically, and high‑pressure ultra‑fine dry powder will be sprayed into equipment chamber for fire extinguishing.
  5. Double‑roller design with special card clothing for cotton & bast‑fiber disintegration, fitted with impurity separation blades.
