Features: Automatic bale opening. Fibers pass through two stages of bast fiber tearing machines to disperse the hemp fibers and remove impurities. The material is then conveyed via pipeline to the automatic conditioning machine, where hemp oil is sprayed uniformly and automatically. Finally, the material is baled and stacked. This reduces labor input and conditioning time, and improves the quality of flax fibers.
